STICHTING ROTARACT CLUB THE HAGUE INTERNATIONAL
Goal: The objectives of the Foundation are connecting young professionals and students with the goal of fostering integrity, inclusiveness and open-mindedness to grow and serve our local and international communities by creating positive change and raising donations and support to improve societal problems and can thereby make a positive contribution and to perform all such further acts and activities as are in the widest sense connected therewith, incidental thereto and/or which may be conducive thereto.

No remuneration can be granted to the Management Board members.
Expenses will be reimbursed to the Management Board members on production of the necessary proof.

This meeting served as a transparent review of the club’s first half of 2024 and a strategic alignment session for the newly installed board. It included:

  • An overview of 2024 flagship projects (e.g., Generation HealthWise, Cookbook Project, Congo Fundraiser)
  • Reaffirmation of the club’s public benefit focus aligned with ANBI compliance
  • Board transition update, welcoming the incoming team
  • Introduction of the new leadership team:
  • President – Daniël Hilversum
  • Vice President - Ana Zlatevski
  • Secretary – Zita Najdenovski
  • Treasurer – Clara Otremba
  • A discussion of committee structure, finances, and upcoming community partnerships
  • An open forum encouraging member feedback and engagement for the rest of the term

The session reinforced the club’s values of transparency, service, and continuous improvement.
This meeting marked the conclusion of the 2022–2023 Rotaract year and the official transition into the 2023–2024 term. Key highlights included:

  • A retrospective on achievements from the year: community engagement, social impact projects, and ANBI-aligned initiatives.
  • Acknowledgment of the outgoing board (Nicholas, Hayley, Kate, and Maya) for their service.
  • Introduction of the new leadership team:

  • Review of ongoing partnerships and a preview of planned events and goals for the new term.
  • Reaffirmation of the club’s commitment to service, diversity, and integrity.
